Terms and Conditions

By booking a stay at Jacaranda Homestay, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservation and Payment

  • All reservations must be confirmed with a valid contact number and email address.
  • Full payment may be required upon booking or at check in, depending on the rate plan.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Standard check in time is 12:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Children and Extra Guests

  • Room rates are based on the number of guests specified at the time of booking.
  • Additional guests may be accommodated with an extra fee and subject to room capacity.

4. Pets

  • The resort is pet-friendly. Owners are responsible for their pets at all times.

5. Loss or Damage

  • Guests are liable for any loss or damage to resort property caused by themselves, their pets, or their visitors.
